Bit2.0 high temperature resistant anti-corrosion agent
BlT-2.0 High Temperature Resistant Antiseptic and Fungicide is a new generation of wide spectrum preservatives. It can be widely used in waterborne systems such as coatings, polymer synthetic emulsions, and its main active ingredient is BIT.
BIT product characteristics:
1Wide-spectrum, long-term killing of a variety of bacteria, fungi and yeasts, the use of 0.2% concentration can achieve good results.
2It has good compatibility with various emulsifiers, surfactants and other components, and can be soluble with alcohol and water in any proportion.
3The applicable range of pH is wider than that of similar products, and pH 4.0-12.0 can be used.
4The active ingredients can tolerate the high temperature of 150 C.
5Low toxicity, no heavy metals and halogen compounds, stable to amine compounds, no formaldehyde.

Applications:
BIT antiseptics and fungicides are widely used in coatings, paints, water-borne polymers, metal cutting fluids, textiles, adhesives, inks, dye dispersions, paraffin liquids and other systems.
BIT usage method:
In coatings, paints, polymer synthetic emulsions and other systems, the general concentration is 0.05%-0.4%, depending on whether the products are susceptible to microbial erosion and the storage environment of the products. Matters needing attention:
This product can be added in any process, but should try to avoid the conditions above 1000C. It is recommended that the last process below 100C be added.Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, eye masks and masks to avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.Once contacted, it should be washed with plenty of clean water immediately, without delay!Please see a doctor in time if necessary.
